The AYPEEN 2D Wire Bending Machine is designed for flat wire forming applications. It integrates wire straightening, cutting, bending and push-bending in one process, helping manufacturers produce hooks, frames, baskets, shelves, display racks and hardware wire products with better efficiency and repeatability.
Integrated ProcessingStraightening, feeding, cutting and 2D bending in one automatic production flow.
Flexible ProductionNo mold opening is required for many flat wire shapes, suitable for small batches and batch production.
Optional ModulesChamfering, butt welding, argon arc welding and medium-frequency welding modules are available.
Applications
Suitable for gardening products, lighting frames, kitchen and bathroom hardware, wine racks, iron art products, shelves, wire baskets, display racks, home hardware and other flat wire components.
